Unnecessary power cuts to Ajas Bandipora. Imran Rather The PDD department is making fun of electricity by unnecessary power cuts in Ajas while as Bazipora of the same area has regular power. Whenever we talked to said department officials on duty at reserving station Ajas their answer is always that Ajas line has fault and get rid of the people of Ajas. There is only two permanent personal in field duty. The area has 1200 electricity connections. The department has leaved the area high and dry, no one officer is giving interest towards the Ajas. The reported has come to us that there are some locals from bazipora as casual labourers who cuts electricity to Ajas and puts on twards Bazipora. We bring the issue many times in front of higher officials but no action was taken. The govt is forcing us to come on road on such issue. If the same position remain there we will come on road.
