Unpopular Suggestion : To save vulnerable Democracy , Parliament and above all face saving of all concerned , may I suggest following : 1. Nawaz & Shahbaz Sharif resign immediately and appoint any non Sharif family member as PM & CM Punjab i.e. in-house change of Leadership. 2. Terminate the whole Election Commission & replace with new Election Commissioner & his team in consultation with biggest stake holder PTI . 3. Prepare bill for Parliament to approve Election reforms within 3 months subject to satisfaction of PTI in particular . 4. Announce new Election date within 6-9 months. 5. Let FIR registered on behalf of victims killed in Model Town massacre . 6. Bring Judicial reform bill to eradicate corrupt practices & terminate all corrupt Judges of High Courts & Supreme Court in consultation with Supreme Court Chief Justice . 7. All above should be completed , constitution amended & approved by Parliament within next 6 months i.e. before new Election date . 8. Very Important : amend the constitution to eradicate/remove the clause of empowering PM & Leader of Opposition to mutually agree & decide the names of Election Commission , Caretaker PM / CMs , appointment of NADRA / NAB & other Public servant Heads & let a committee to design new formula to appoint these high Office Chiefs .
