Unsolvable mysteries about my house: Just how long has it been since the upstairs unit has seen a mop? What are all those sticky yellow splatters on the walls of not only the kitchen but hallway and bathroom too? Is it really that much easier to carpet over spent razor blades rather than sweeping them up first? How could any human get stove knobs so grotty? How is it possible that Ive gotten so much mail from lawyers for so many previous tenants? Just how many people HAVE lived here? Despite its flaws I still love this little place, its just real weird.
