Untruth In Advertising I can confirm that this unbreakable helicopter can indeed break! The balancing blade at the very top of this toy snapped in half. I took it back to Frys Electronics within 2 weeks of purchasing it and they told me they couldnt take it back because it was physically damaged. They told me to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement part. I did so while in the store and explained that it was a recent purchase and should be repaired or replaced by Frys or the manufacturer at no cost to me, especially since its claimed to be UNBREAKABLE as written on the box it came in. The manufacturer went on to tell me that Frys bought a warranty when they bought those units at wholesale, so it falls on them. I argued with the guy at the return desk about it and he stood his ground, they wouldnt take it back. To that I said, fine, this will be the last thing that Ill ever buy at Frys and Ill be buying my new T.V. at Best Buy with my income tax refund check next week. That mustve hit a nerve! He said, let me see what I can do. He disappeared for 3 minutes and came back and said, Sir, I can refund it just this one time. *LOL* The power of persuasion!
