Up and about to train like a lunatic! I believe there is a wall in fitness. A wall that you have to train through. A common misconception is thinking you will overtrain because you are in pain, but the trick is to train as hard as you can until the pain subsides! That is how you get into the habit of fitness, and it has to be something you enjoy. Personally i hate treadmils, they are so boring! :-) Train hard and your body will adapt! It all starts with the mind and your desire.
