Up early this morning. In the cast iron dutch oven, I browned my sausage, and small amount of julienne ham. added my diced green, yellow, and red pepper, diced onion, sliced mushrooms, and sliced black olives. Added 1 bag frozen hash browns, 8 oz. grated sharp cheddar. Poured in a mixture of 9 eggs and 1 cup milk. Stirred well. Into the oven at 350 for 1 hour. I will serve it to my bride with some sun dried tomato flat bread I got yesterday like a roll up. we will have left overs for the rest of today and most of tomorrow. Will post pictures when it comes out of the oven.
