Up early to get Tom Turkey in the oven for Thanksgiving today! Nothing could have prepared me for my FIRST time!!! Why are the neck & insides left in the turkey? I was barely ready to attempt to cook my first T-day turkey, I definitely wasnt ready for flash-backs to biology class taking all the stuff out of our Tommy!!! All I can do is laugh (to myself because everyone is still asleep)! And then...I go online to watch a video about where to put the thermometer and which one pops up...Michelle Karams tutorial!!!
