Up to this point, I have not uploaded any of my original work. I, like many other musicians, am incredibly self-conscious of my work, and I often feel like its not good enough to put out there. But recently, I realized that if I never show any of my work, I simply cant get anywhere as a musician. So here it is, my first uploaded original song (though not the first Ive written). This song is quite different than other songs Ive written. I wrote it with a very particular dedication in mind: to the military and their loved ones, in thanks to the sacrifices theyve made and continue to make. I hope you have a moment to listen to it. Im quite happy with the way it turned out, though its still a sort of rough draft of what I hope to create eventually. I apologize in advance for the squeaky piano; the pedal made a lot of noise.
