Up until recently I was working on the helicopters at Overseas Aircraft in Lakeside, but (like everyone else) I was laid off with the companys relocation to Alabama. I cant leave the mountain at this time as were expecting the imminent arrival of our newest little one, so I need some work, and so far my applications have gone no where. I am mechanically inclined, have experience in aviation, locksmithing, retail, and route truck driving ( I still have a clean class A CDL). I have explored options around here, but it seems that every opening is at least two towns away and would cost too much in gas for commuting every day to make it practical. I talked to Mr. Emms at Tates, but cold-calling sales is not my strong suit. I am a quick learner and a hard worker, and at this point will take just about anything as long as its local to the Show Low/Pinetop area. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.
