Upcoming Dublin band Otherkin play Westport on Sat 28th June. Otherkin are an alternative-rock outfit who have had a busy couple of years since forming in 2012. Thus far, Otherkin have released two EPs (Broken English in June 2013 and As A High in March 2014) and a double A-Side entitled ii in November of last year. Support slots with established touring acts like Parquet Courts (USA), Palma Violets (UK) and The Minutes followed and the band brought their sounds across the country with regional shows in Galway and Cork. Other highlights have included recently playing the Trinity Ball alongside Miles Kane and 2manydjs, playing the headline stage at the Whelans Ones To Watch Festival and extensive radio play both in Ireland and the UK.
