Goddard, 30, returned just a couple of weeks ago from 2½ months in the Congo. Goddard spent the time working with Christian nonprofit health organization Mercy Ships. In 2012, she spent three months volunteering with the organization in Togo. --------------------------------- A Winchester family was assisted down Mount Monadnock late Sunday. Carol Hardie, 56, became weak and unstable while she, her son and his wife were descending the White Arrow Trail. They called 911 at about 10 p.m. and conservation officers reached them at about 11:45 p.m.
