Update, 08Oct14 ============= Well as of last night Canada is officially at war. There are no words other to say that getting rid of the CONs is even more paramount, and who thought that could have been possible. Ever since Peter K. Vickers debated about the size of this group four days ago, coupled with this worrisome Declaration of War, I have reflected on his valued advice. Originally, I countered that Id prefer this Group and its postings stay minimized, as it is, as my tool to ask for critique for the workbook. But hes absolutely right. We have a great thing with potential impact. We should grow the CONs Be Gone name and our mission to maximize our effect. In fact, as I thought through his suggestions, I realized Peters enthusiasm in getting as many Canadians as possible as equally enthused could be a huge plus: Opposition Candidates opposed to using our workbook might think twice if it soars in popularity. I also took stock regarding the workbook. We have hit the 2000 mark and even as is, it is all the Reasons NOW any reasonable Canadian should need to NOT for CON. 2000 or 4000 Reasons will make no difference. I can scale back and add any material Reasons daily, not the current 15 to 30 average. So, based on Peters wonderful assessment, heres my proposed change in focus. 1) Keep this Group small, using it for feedback on the workbook prep. 2) Start a sister FB PAGE, (not Group) with the same name, open to the public. 3) As Peter suggested, PIN a zero tolerance warning post for Trolls. One comment deemed unacceptable from anyone unknown to our core membership merits banishment. ------------ To effect this focus adjustment, I will peel back on some of my daily hours on the workbook, allowing me to build and admin the new page and start building distributorships of CONs Be Gone merchandise.
