Update 4. Atticus. As mentioned previously, on Wednesday, we pulled 5 cats from cacc. On Tuesday eve we were trying to get a hold on Atticus. We received a confirm hold on Wed morning. However, like Antonia, we were told not much longer after that Atticus was pts. Upset and sad, we decided to save another, Dexter. Once we received the hold confirmation on Dexter again later that morning, we found out Atticus was still alive. ROR committed to both. We did not want to decide which would live and which would die. Tracy, honoring her word on both cats agreed to take both. Atticus, I am happy to say is now safe in my bathroom. Dexter, as mentioned in update two unfortunately did not have the same fate. Atticus is stunning. I believe I have a name for him to celebrate his new life but will reveal that once I find during names for the others. He is emaciated however as he was severely neglected and has a small case of uri. He is an older gentleman so please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.
