Update # 65: I am very thankful that my family came up to visit yesterday. Wade King, Richard King II, Victoria Decker and my parents (Rich and Candy). Rich brought Aj some venison, peppers, mushrooms and onions. Aj says next time he has to make more because Rich kept eating it on him ;-). He says he could feel it go right to his muscles and joints. We tried going outside with them but it was raining last night. Aj and I ended up going outside later using garbage bags as rain ponchos (a few people said we should of thought of that). Today was another adventure. Aj did his therapy. Lifting weights (has a 10 lb weight restriction), threw a soccer ball back and forth with the therapist and couldnt transfer using the board because his brace was grinding into his pelvis so bad that Orthopedic Appliances had to come and trim some off the bottom. (13.5 inches long now Jasin James - may still need to be trimmed if still bothering) But the orthopedic guy said he wants to see it after it is done and may get more business for you after that). After he was done with PT, OT and Cognitive therapy we were clear for the evening and headed back to Marshall Street. We split a Philly cheese steak sub, Aj had a slice and I had another beef patty. Yup bellies overly full!! Went to buy cigs at CVS but they dont carry Fortuna menthol shorts. Oh well. If anyone is coming up in the next day or two from Brookfield area please PM me, Aj would like for Destiny and Roxy (if possible) to come up (only if no smoking and child friendly environment in vehicle please-sorry to put it bluntly but that is important to us). Spoke with the doctor today and took a couple pics off her computer of the x-rays after surgery. Aj was told he will get out of here somewhere around Aug 27. What we did not realize was that he will be discharged to a subacute inpatient rehab (hopefully Sitrin). He is pretty bummed about it. He thought he was going home after here :-( . I Have a few pics to post of different things after this. I am getting tired so goodnight and we thank you all for your love and support!!!!!-one day at a time.
