Update: Citizens called me and I will get a refund today. I am very grateful for the response. They listened to me when I expressed dissatisfaction with how handled. What a stressful morning! I take back the nice things I said about Citizens Bank the other night. I was so grateful the bank called and alerted me to a fraudulent charge. What they didnt tell me was there was a second, large, pending fraudulent charge to the same store. And they let it go through. Now I have to wait up to 10 days for a refund of the charge. Thanks a lot for your help, Citizens! It also occurred to me that for customers who dont have other access to more cash while they wait for a refund, this would have been a terrible hardship.
