Update: George Municipality would like to advise that a water tanker will be driving through the streets of Touwsranten today making water available from house to house. Civil Engineering Services will supply water cans for those households that do not have. A stationary water car is available at the Touwsranten community hall. The Touwsranten area office will distribute flyers with further information. In Hoekwil the tanker will rotate between the Primary school, the old age home, the church and the shop. The tanker will need to return to Wilderness periodically to refill. Three extra tankers are being used to continue filling up the reservoirs in Wilderness.
