Update: I go down to Abbott Northwestern hospital the second week of May for a stress test, blood work and my social worker visit. Also, in June I meet with the transplant surgeon and the whole transplant team to discuss my case. Im getting closer to the light. Ive been on the transplant list for 4 years as of June this year. My second chance at a better life will be here soon, I can truly feel it. I may have had my troubles in the past but I am truly ready for this to come. Always Keep Pushing Forward because you CAN get there. :)
