Update On Asher :) s920.photobucket/user/APLACEOFLOVE/media/Video46_zps3817ec60.mp4.html Asher has now decided he is a mamas baby. I remembered when I chose him to be a personal kitty after having lost so many of my own personal kitties and had looked forward to snuggling, playing, just all those things we do with our furbabies. However, no sooner did I chose him than he decided he really didnt want much to do with mama but much preferred to find best buds with the other kitties and be full steam ahead playing with them and poor ol mama was left out in the cold which made my heart sad. But at the same time it seems lil Fuffers (the orange one) decided he was DEFINITELY mamas baby and is still so to this day. He is like my lil shadow following me everywhere I go and climbing whatever he has to in order to rub on mamas face and purr sweet nothings into my ears :) So he certainly won my heart over. We do lots together as like I said, he follows me everywhere I go and doesnt miss a beat and he is at my bedroom door when I wake up each morning :) The one thing I have not done yet is allow him to sleep with me, since he is still so little, I am afraid he might poop on the bed or on the floor not knowing to wake me up to let him out as I do not keep a litter box in my bedroom--it is THE only room in the entire trailer that cats cannot go run free in there--the safe zone you might say as most of the time if I want to eat in peace I have to go in the bedroom, things of this nature. But back to Asher, in the past week he has decided he is a mamas boy and calls out for me if he gets up too high on something or gets himself into a predicament or he will holler out just so mama comes running to play with me hahaaha! Today I was trying to get some video of cats for adoption but he would have none of it as he wanted to be the star of the video. So I gave up trying to get video of the others and instead made one of him being silly with me. The video is a bit on the dark side even though the house was totally lit up thanks to the white ice on the ground reflecting the sun to the inside, but I think you will get the gist of things and I do hope you manage to see his face and his body--he has never lost that frosting (the gray on top of the black fur although he and siblings for some odd reason have lost length of their fur which is just strange as I have never seen this happen before. Usually if it is baby hair, it tends to fall out or go away by the time they are around 6-8 weeks old but Ive never heard of the length, not color or density of fur diminish as they grow older. All are sill fluffy but Ring-Tail has lost the rings to his tail and his fur is the shortest of them all. Oh well, we will just have to wait and watch them grow to know the final outcome lol!
