Update: Sean Salyer is awake alot more and his eyes are starting to focus better he looks at me when I talk and shakes his head to answer. He has begged me all night to take the tube (ventilator) out and untie his hands! He is still heavily medicated for pain and still receiving blood but hopefully that stops soon... they are also testing the mucus from his lungs for any infection. Doctor is on his way in he wants to remove ventilator and see how well Sean does on his own... I will update later after speaking to doctor.. Thanks to all for the prayers and support
