Update: Still at zero. But wait, I can explain. Had to stay home w/ my little guy all day, making a plan to head to the health club in the evening. After dinner, threw on work-out gear. Paused to marvel at the image in mirror. Who IS that sporty looking gal? Remembered I actually look kinda cute in athletic clothes. Scrambled to locate my swim gear. What? Daughter home from college has been using all my stuff and has my kit in her car (and shes out w/ friends.) Pull out extra cap, goggles & earplugs from my swim tool box (Thanx Bel for the idea.) Borrow my sons kickboard. Thank goodness paddles were in my ow bag. Finis watch not charged correctly. Find my Garmin & reset it from GPS to pool settings. Neptune has a short, no doubt from last years over usage. Spare has no tunes loaded on it...Ugh! I will sing to myself. Cant recall my lock combination...Locate it written in Sharpie on the inside of my feed cooler. Hugs & kisses out the door. My family shaking their heads, such a production. On the drive over, I realize that what I once did so seamlessly, I must now re-learn. Pull into parking lot. Yes! Im doing this! Cellphone rings. Its my hubby. Little family medical emergency....Plz keep phone w/ you, just in case he requests. I promise to do so. Cant open the door...family first. I drive home. Zero. TODAY IS THE DAY. Ive got diem to carpe.
