He was arraigned this afternoon in 3-A District Court on 1 Count of Soliciting a Child Under Age 16 for an Immoral Purpose, a felony, with a maximum penalty of four-years in prison and/or $4000 fine. He was also charged with 1 Count of Disturbing the Peace, a misdemeanor, with a maximum penalty of 90 days in the county jail and/or $500 fine. Wilkinson is being held in the Branch County Jail on $20,000 bond.
