Update: Very, very pleased to announce that Trooper as we now call him has finally eaten his first meal on his own. I couldnt be happier. Not that I mind force feeding him with a syringe. This is a great sign we are on the way to recovery fully. His wounds look great he just wouldnt eat on his own. That all changed this afternoon. I bought Beneful canned for him and he went right to it. We had already tried everything else ,even chicken. Will keep posting updates. He has to gain weight before being neutered and later adopted.Hope would watch while I force fed him too. She loves to comfort the animals as we treat them. She is such a good nurse.
