Update for clarity as I keep being asked - I am back at work full time, business as usual recruiting. I am not however in the Manchester office, Im currently home-based. I cant walk, drive etc until NOVEMBER at the very earliest. I may be allowed to put my foot down to rest it on the floor in the next few weeks, depending on X ray results. But no weight on it whatsoever. I have a severe spiral fracture to the lower part of my left leg, destroyed all cartilage and torn all ligaments. They have put a metal plate in to strengthen it. I will be in physio rehab ASAP but not before time. It will take a while to mend. I am extremely positive about my recovery, my mind is completely set on dancing professionally again and I will achieve this. But walking currently is purely on crutches on one leg only, stairs is on my butt and leaving the house is not at all easy without assistance. Ive not been out in public other than to go to the hospital and I wont be doing so until I can walk unaided as its not safe. Its apparently healing well so far, but it will take time.
