How do you know that eviction was carried out by enforcement officers, lawfully instructed by the High Court Newham council did not take part in the eviction as you claim? As you have confirmed by yourself with respect to how the eviction was done and by whom, it is clear that Newham council has evicted us forcefully and illegally. The landlord Mr natha also confirmed to campaigners that Newham council did the eviction and not him. In so far as eviction is concerned, you have directed those sheriffs from Private company (not high court as you say),to use guns to shoot on the door thrice and this gun could have been used to harm me and my children if I didnt move out. As the law is clear and further to HHJ Saggerson judgement, Newham owes a duty towards my husband and children with regards to support. To determine this, comprehensive assessments should take place with respect to mr Ismails health and carw needs. I hope you have been informed that Mrs selina Twum and other social workers falsified the CCA report last October 2014. I have made a complaint to Newham council and waiting for their investigation. Hence, I personally requested a re-assessment of his needs which was left unanswered and was disregarded. Therefore, as you confirm that children services is conducting an assessment which may take 45 days I can provide you the following: Assistance with housing may form part of a package of children in need services in the following circumstances:a.If there is a clear need to assess a childs welfare and the lack of housing is genuinely preventing the assessment taking place. A family may be placed in temporary accommodation for a brief time limited period;b.If the child clearly has been assessed as having needs which the local authority is obliged to meet as a priority and cannot meet because of a lack of housing. You also referred to accommodation offered by the home office. After being forcefully and violently/illegally evicted by the council, we were attacked/targeted by an unknown twitter account. That person told things in public and tried to prevent us to get support from our community and campaigners/support networks. It is confirmed through the information provided (twitter account created on 18/12/14 - the day we were evicted),our lives are in danger. We therefore need to live within our support network and community to be safe. This has to be assessed. Subsequently, after I spoke on TV on 12/12/14, it is clear that my family are being more targeted. We are being put through more pressure. Newham council sent various officers to my previous house with letters at night and even forest gate police officers. I reckon that you have communicated with those police officers prior to the eviction date to advise them not to take any action... Finally, with all the evidences and correspondences, Newham council has attempted to frighten my family as I spoke openly about the current housing crisis. You have tried to prevent my freedom of expression and have tried your best in the most illegal manner to scare me and my family. As those issues should be addressed through courts and complaints, we must reside in Newham and in any circumstances, the law directs you to carry out your duty when disabled people with care needs are living in your area. I also refer to local connection of the family which satisfy the criteria I will provide more information when I am in receipt of my documents and I urge you to reach a resolution before this matter proceeds. I humbly request you not to threaten me and my family after this email. I also request you not to threaten me as i am part of the campaign group and have spoken to the media on several occasions.
