Update from Suzie Puckett: Morning! Had a good as could be expected night. He is resting flat in bed in reverse trendelenburg. He still has hard neck collar on. Waiting on more cspine X-rays, they dont think he has cspine injury. Neuro surgeon came last night. No need for surgery at this point. He will wear a trunck brace for a long while. It is special order and takes two days so he will be flat in his back until then. Trauma docs just made rounds. He does not have any rib fractures or pneumothorax. Yay! He has a transverse process fracture of T3, T4, and L2. L2 being the worst. He is on morphine pca but will be weaned to Percocet today. He is resting peacefully and is in good spirits. Thank you for your prayers and I will keep you up to date as best I can.
