Update: his labs are looking a lot better.. They attempted his spinal tap again just now. We got to hold him once and Ive been doing his tube feedings.. They are slowly attempting to wean him off the cpap.. His oxygen still drops pretty quick when he cries.. According to what the spinal shows we are either looking at 5-7 days of treatment or weeks .. We will know the gram stain results in a few hrs and the culture in 24hrs.. Prayers for good results so we can be home for Christmas.
