Update on Betty..... Spent a little time with her today. I took her mom up to stay with her for a night or two. Ill be going back to see her tomorrow morning after I drop Rachel off at school. Pretty much nothing has changed too much. The swelling in the belly seems to be going down but only just a little. Pain is still pretty much unbearable. They are keeping her on the pain medicines, antibiotics, and the vitamin IV. The doctor did say yesterday that a man has the same condition as her and he has been in the hospital for 4 weeks. Not what we want to hear. However, we are trying to stay positive. Once again, I thank each of you that take the time out your busy days to continue to pray for her. She and I would also like to give out a big heartfelt thank you to the ones that communicate to us about her situation through emails, Facebook messenger, Facebook, phone calls, and texts. You will never know how much a simple, one sentence line means or even a Like on an update status. -Rusty
