Update on Chloe. This is why we do what we do! Firstly, let me wish you a timely Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you enjoy this day! That description of Chloe that won my son and I over in the first place couldn’t be more right. It is obvious to me that you, as her foster mom, spent a great deal of time with her and really grew to know her. Every morning now, she comes and gets on my shoulders while I work at the computer. I have “given” her my master bathroom as her safe room. Her cat tree, scratching post, litter pan, and food and water are all there. The dog, he’s very smart, seems to intuitively know he is no longer allowed. She seems to be comfortable with the entire house now, but I often find her sleeping on the top of her cat tree during the afternoon. At night, I hear her running back and forth through the house with her little bell just ringing away. She is such a pleasure to know.
