Update on Dayton....Sorry was not able to post anything else last night my cell phone battery was low and I didnt want to leave his bedside to go out to the car and charge it. He looks and feels like hell but he is alert and knows his surroundings ect. Just when we thought we were done they kept doing more tests, being in the Radiology field when you hear we need to take him back down for a CT Chest Abdomen and Pelvis because they see fractures its unsettling to say the least but then when they start talking about lung and aorta and possible transport to Vanderbilt Trauma Center that freaked me out. All in all he has a head injury that is not life threatening just bruised and hematoma under his forehead and nose...his cervical spine is severely bruised and will be hurting a while along with fractures in his T8-T9 orthopedic doc to fit him for a brace and we are looking for a an orthopedic doc near UNA for him to follow up on. He is emotionally upset because his activities are limited and sore but with all your continued thoughts and prayers I know he will recover quickly he is young and in good health. Once again thanks to all for keeping him in your prayers he is the love of my life. We are all on no sleep for over 30 hours so we are gonna try and get settled in soon and get some rest.
