Update on Jake 1/21/15 Posted by Rex Peters 9:27 PM Day 36 Jake is busting out of here Friday! Even though its not going home. Hes excited to get a change of scenery. We still have a very long road ahead of us but hes looking forward to doing more than lying in a bed watching TV. He still does not have any voluntary movements, but everything else is slowly getting better. And the way things are going, he will be moving his fingers and toes in a few short months. Thank you to those of you who have been so gracious to provide our family meals while jake was in the hospital. Big highlight today when Coach Cordero, Father Barber and Mr. Schaefer of Loyola showed up with a special SF Giants care package. The package including a letter from the SF Giants baseball organization, SF Giants World Series Replica Ring and MLB Baseball autographed by SF Giants short stop Brandon Crawford, Hunter Pence Bobble Head and a Giants Beanie!
