Update on Mom.....a heartfelt thanks to all for the prayers and kind words and actions. On Tuesday morning mom suffered severe hypothermia. With my daughter Gina and Art by her side and By the grace of God she survived. Melanie and I flew to St Louis on Tuesday. On Wednesday I was told she couldnt t return to her assisted living home to live and I needed to have a plan by Thursday because Medicare would not allow her to stay in the hospital once she was stabilized. On Friday we packed her belongings and on Saturday Melanie and I flew with her to N Carolina. We made the trip ok other than we are all exhausted!!! Now we start a new chapter but one thing I know for sure is that we can keep her safe and warm. Thanks family and friends ❤️
