Update on Stephen Burrows....last Monday he finished his 3rd round of chemo. All week long we were waiting for the low, it really never happened. He was tired on Monday after his nuelasta (spelling?) Shot which boosts his white blood count but he never had his usual bone pain or all the other side affects that come with chemo and his low blood counts. He was just tired... He went to school all day Thursday and Friday and participated in track both days. And as all of you have seen he was super energetic at the dodgeball tournament. Hes tired and sore today from all of his activities but its not bad!! This coming Wed we head to childrens for his testing. He will get a PET scan, ct scan. Ekg, a pulmonary test and then we will see the doctor at the end of the day. Hopefully they will have all of his test results back when we see her so we will know how well the chemo is working. After the test results we will know if we will do more chemo or move on to radiation. Which ever the results say.....all I wanna here is that its shrinking. Whether we go back to chemo or move to radiation...I just wanna hear that the chemo is working. The xray he had a few weeks ago gives me hope that it is. Please keep praying!!! Pray we get to hear these words.....the chemo is working, its shrinking!
