Update on mama: She is very weak and her stomach hurts alot. So weak in fact that she cannot move around without assistance. They were not able to find anything really wrong in the emergency room the other night, so they gave her something for her stomach and sent her home. She had an appt with her doctor today and they have decided to look for bacteria in her stomach and schedule a test to see if her gall bladder is the problem. If those do not pan out, theyve obtained permission from her cardiologist to do the scope down the throat thing to look around her stomach I guess. This is where it gets hard. My sister and her husband have jobs and cant afford to lose them. Weve had a couple of folks volunteer to help out when possible to stay with mama during the day a little. She sleeps ALOT now Im told and would only need assistance if she had to go to the bathroom or something. I am starting to worry more about the toll this is taking on my sister who is her caregiver at the moment. Thank you all so much for your texts, messages, posts and calls. It really does mean so much. I wish I were closer. Its hard being so far away. Dont get me wrong, I dont feel guilty or anything like that. I know God is in control and has me here for many reasons. Its just hard at times such as these......
