Update on me....It appears that my little stroke last week (NOT the TIA that I suspected)...was caused by edema or swelling surrounding a modest sized toooma that I have known about for 7 or 8 years. It had been harmless...not growing...not malignant (a meningioma or tumor of the meninges or lining tissue of the brain)....I only had the occasional headache, for which I took 3 ibuprofen gel caps with a cup of coffee. Sooo...the edema pinched off the blood supply to an itsy area of my right frontal lobe, causing a tiny clot to form in the pinched off area...at least thats what the docs think, so far. I have started the process for them to receive copies of every single headshot (MRI or CT) that Ive had for the past 7 or 8 years. I will post more, later, as I know it.... OH, yes, and as far as deficits go, Im about 90% back to normal... :D (Except I cant have copious amounts of coffee/expresso, nor ibuprofen gel caps.... :( )
