Update on my Jamaican seedling , after three days in the paper towels the others have not popped, so i may help them a little sand paper on the edge of the seed, and a little rooting hormone.( unless my more knowledable friends have a better idea) However the one that is growing, has popped out of the soil after being planted a few days ago. The seed was still sitting on it and i was gonna get a photo but when i came back it had fallen off. So the shot is as the seed pod feel under the sprout. You can see the membrane or sheath from inside the seed pod still attached to the cotyldon. ideal not to let this sit on there for long periods of time, especially under the T5 as it can cook it to harden. a few gentle mists with my spray bottle and it moistened right up and came off without any touching to the actual sprout. When i got it off, the two leaves separated and i saw my first movement with this plant.. Give thanks Jah !!!!!
