Update on my project , since Im not very mobile and limited in energy and coordination . I decided to go back to sewing . My grandmother taught me to sew when I was very little, boy would she have loved these new machines. Bob gave me an Embroidey machine for Chirstmas . I decided I would use my grandmas coat for my first project .i have treasured her coat since 1989 when she died. This coat ,she wore it everyday , she went to mass everyday ☺️. I took her coat and cut to make me a vest and 20 little bags and 2 wallets . These are to go to my mom her sisters and my cousins and their children. I very happy to say they are almost done , the sewing part , then each will have a locket with her picture . I am enjoying this but boy its taking long time . But Im close cant wait till I can mail them.
