Update on the saga that is my life: Today I called my insurance company to find out what is going on with my MRA approval. According to the insurance company, they have NO record of an MRA approval request being called in.......really? Soooooo, insurance company gives me a phone number for the doctor to call to get the process rolling....again. Now I am pi--ed off and my blood pressure has probably gone up. I call the doctors office and the doctors secretary says, youre kidding me! She will let the lady in charge of all of this know what I was told. Why am I paying a doctors office to take care of this, when I am the one who has to follow up? UGH!! I am now stepping off my soapbox. Thank you for listening. SMH *sigh*
