Update to Chaos, new door is in. Landlord was here AGAIN all day yesterday patchingt my concrete patio and sidewalks. Put a coat of varnish on inside of door and a primer for paint on the outside of the door. Also painted the door jam. Coming back today with his carpenter friend to adjust the door so there is no gap and also to put the plates back on where the locks go in. May take puppygirls to daycare for at least 1/2 a day. They are stressed just like Mommy and not happy that they have to stay confined to the house. I am praying that after today landlord will have finished painting/varnishing the door and wont have to come back tomorrow. Been here everyday since Wed. and ends up being here all day. I WANT MY LIFE BACK!!!!!Dont get me wrong I am very grateful for all he does and the great care he takes in everything he does but sometimes its over the top. He is retired (80 y.o.) so time basically is nothing to him. Doesnt get that I have things to do and if I cant lock my door, I cant leave and that all of this stresses the dogs out too. Keeping fingers crossed that today is not an all day thing and that it is the last day. Saw my Arthritis Dr. yesterday, he injected my finger, hurts but will make it better. Sad visit though because it will be the last time I see Dr Ettlinger, he is retiring in December. Have truly enjoyed having him as my Dr. and I doubt I will ever find another like him. Very compassionate, Funny, and awesome at what he does. Had my massage also which helped with the stress I have been under. Thank goodness back to work on Monday. So frustrated the punks that robbed me also robbed me of 2 1/2 days of PTO. Hope everyone has an awesome day.
