He is out of the Grand Prix Dressage and Premium Gold Trakehner Stallion LORD LOCKSLEY *Pg* and the Premium Mare Moulin Rouge *F* by the famous Stallion *Glenn Livit *F*. Both parents are approved in the ATA as well in the Oldenburg Registry. Monet was born May 29, 2014 and is currently shedding out dark bay. We do not see any white hair yet; but he could turn grey later on. Monet is the ONLY colt from LORD LOCKSLEY *Pg*. Monet is registered and branded with the Oldenburg Registration. At inspection; he received a 7.9 for conf/corr, 7.9 for movement, & 7.9 for overall impression. ATA registration is pending. Having his dam’s outstanding bloodlines and bred to an exceptional Stallion; makes him an unique colt. Monets breeding shines through as evidenced by his moves, athleticism, and super handsome appearance. Monet has that special, Look at me, bold confidence about him with charisma that makes it hard to take your eyes off him! Monet has the bloodlines to be successful. Unkenruf, Locksleys sire was Champion of the German approvals at 2 1/2 and went on to become a very successful Grand Prix Dressage horse with his most famous offspring Rubelit von Unkenruf under Olympian Christine Stuckelberger, was Bronze medalist at the World Cup in Rome 1986. He was then sold to the young English rider Carl Hester who competed with him at the World Games in Stockholm in 1990. Locksley is a half-brother to this internationally successful dressage horse. In addition, the repeated Worlds leading dressage sire Don Schufro comes from an Unkenruf dam line. There are dozens and dozens of successful dressage horses from this line including one of the current horses on our team is by Don Schufro. Furthermore, Locksleys dam is by Enrico Monet’s airs above the ground show the scope of his father. His elastic and supple movement could make him a Dressage Star, a wonderful Hunter, or even a Stallion prospect.... but whatever way his training takes him, his personality is sure to win your heart, and bring a smile to your face every day!
