Upon checking my Account at Metrobank- via-Internet Banking I realise I got charged 2,200 pesos for 14thousand I withdrew here in UK . I am aware that Im gonna get charged but not that much. Then I noticed that the amount reflected on the screen was not right. I decided to do the Math, it didnt work. So I checked my transaction history and oh my!!! to my surprise what was the other charges for??? I dont remember using my debit card since my last withdrawal. So called the hotline: sorry maam we dont have access to your account. We cant help you. Is there anything else? Uh yes, I got charged for something I didnt know what the hell was for. Im concerned as Im losing money here. Then the agent says: call your bank on Monday maam regarding your concern. Thanks Metrobank hotline: Now I really feel secure leaving my money in your trust. And Oh the money That I sent a week ago has been deducted to the account here, yet still hasnt reach my bank account.
