Upon entering Wal-Mart I dealt with the customer service agent - TopicsExpress

Upon entering Wal-Mart I dealt with the customer service agent named Anita and said “Hello Mam, how are you. She didn’t say anything but that the MoneyGram was being slow and we talked about the weather and nothing else. I got my shopping done and went to register 15 where the girl didn’t have named tag. She couldn’t scan my Verizon phone card so I went back too customer service and Anita couldn’t get her register to work so I went to the U-scan and we found out the card was broken another associate had one at her register so I bought that one and went out to my car and tried and tried to put on my phone sat in the parking lot for an hour and half trying to call Verizon when I finally reached them they told me it wasn’t activated and to go back to Wal-Mart and have them activate it. By this time I am fuming mad for being transferred and I keep my composure. I walk to the U-scan and two gentlemen are both standing there and I said someone needs to deal with this and make it work and he says “Go back to electronics. I am tired and have my kids and found the guy that was in electronics when I made my first pass through Wal-Mart only to find out he was a distributor he listened to me and was looking for a manger as well. I then stood at electronics for 15 minutes and waited patiently after telling the manager that I needed to talk to him. When the manager (NO NAME TAG) was done talking to this man he walked away from me and I told him I still need to talk to you. I am an animated talker and use my hands to talk and I was like this card will not work he said “Oh this isn’t our problem and tried to walk away again and I said “Your” and pointed my finger trying to get him to listen to me by now I am so frustrated and on the verge of tears. He raised his voice at me and said “DON’T POINT YOUR FINGER AT ME” and now I am irate but keep my composure and I said “Or what? What are you going to do about it huh?” His body language is defensive arms crossed veins popping out in his forehead. “Are you threatening me??” I said no but you don’t want to listen to me. I said I will do what I feel like doing I am tired and I am angry and what you are going to do about it!” He said well I can ask you to leave.” By this time the electronics associate came and they gave all these excuses why it wasn’t working at this time I was not even worried about why it was more how I was thrown off from one person to the next then the manager didn’t take time to hear me out I wasn’t yelling at him when I started out. I tried to show him that it would not go through and he stood there and complained to the distributor about how stupid the Verizon prepaid phone thing was stupid and why they even had it there (the distributor who was the only nice person to me in the whole store and listened to me). Right now this isn’t about the card it’s about customer service I received from everyone I encountered in this pathetic store. The attitude from every single person in this store was horrible they don’t help you or care about us the customers the ones who help pay them. They do this why because they know there aren’t many options.
