Upon lifes thoroughfare and in the midst of all good and bad.. Ive happened to stumble across (2) little pages that has intrigued my curiosity!!! So my friends I will try to make sense of the information that I have in my possession and I will gladly accept assistance from anyone as to getting a transparent explanation as to what they truly mean... In document (1) it is seen that on the 9th of July,2014 that the city engineer Mr.Ramesh Sookdeo signed an official Memorandum to the City Assessor in connection with the verification of ownership for the property that carries the address -#45,Scotland Drive,Cocoyea. But as seen in the document no-one claimed ownership in the initial space for a signature. Now the document entails that the building inspector has identified unauthorized operations and is preparing stop work notices/show cause notices and the matter my even be addressed in a magistrates court. Now in the second space for owner ship we see that Steve and Patricia Allen signed that the information is correct!!! WHO DOES THIS PROPERTY BELONG TO TRULY?? Well take a look at document (2) from the very reliable Town and Country Planning and Division dated January 21st,2014. And it clearly states that the mentioned property on #45 Scotland Drive,Cocoyea belongs to none other than our Honorable Minister of Local Government Ms.Marlene Coudray!!!! So before anything is covered up or theres a rush for approval or Government cover-up can someone help me understand whats really going on?? Is it a matter to be brought to the public eyes or is it a case to be unsolved like those of the X-FILES???
