Upper & Lower body workout Pregnancy (modified bed rest approved) 1⃣ wall sit with bicep (legs at 90 degrees and arm extended out beyond knees as you curl 2⃣ lateral lunge with lawn mower pulls (keep hips pushed back and knee behind ankles and fully extend arm as you come across body and pull to isolate back) 3⃣ stationary lunge with single arm over head press (make sure hips are back and knee stays behind ankle ) 4⃣ row with chair (can go on floor an work abs) keep chest up and stationary as you pull back Perform a 1 min plyo exercise (like alternating knees, jumping jacks, high knees) then perform each of the above exercises for 1 min each.
