Upside-Down Pull Apart Pizza Ring ✿´¯`*•.¸¸✿ SHARE ✿´¯`*•.¸¸✿ Use your favourite bread or pizza dough recipe or use *my pizza dough recipe (provided below). 1/3 cup olive oil 1 small can pineapple tidbits, well-drained 2 cups grated cheese of your choice your choice of meat, chopped up (I used a 500 gram package of deli ham) bundt pan Prepare your dough, then tear or cut it into cubes and toss into a large bowl. Add in your pineapple, olive oil, cheese and meat. Mix thoroughly. If the dough chunks stick together, separate them and continue to mix through so each piece is coated with the oil. Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease bundt pan. Drop the mixture evenly into the pan. You do not want to go higher than half way. If you have more mixture than that, either use a second bundt pan or whatever sized pan is necessary to hold the remainder of the mixture. Bake for 35 minutes. Test for doneness in the center and continue baking an extra 5 minutes after each check until no longer wet in the center. Mine took 45 minutes. *Note: You may want to put down a layer of tinfoil in the bottom of the oven to catch any drips or spillovers!! Invert onto cutting board or serving tray when done and either cut into slices to plate, or pull apart! Serve with favourite dipping sauce. ~ Enjoy!! *Dough: 1 package instant dry active yeast 1 cup warm water 2-1/2 to 2-3/4 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 2 Tablespoons olive oil In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Allow to stand for approximately 10 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt, then make a small well in the center. Add yeast mixture and oil. Beat to combine all the ingredients. Turn onto lightly floured surface and knead until a soft, smooth and elastic dough forms. Should not be sticky! If so, add a tiny bit of flour at a time until no longer sticky. Let dough rise in an oiled bowl for about 40 minutes or until double in size. Now tear off or cut off cubes (do NOT punch down) for the above recipe. If using this recipe to make pizza -- punch the dough down, knead it again for a couple minutes until smooth and elastic, then divide into two balls. Allow to rest for 15 minutes. Now flatten each ball into a circle and roll out to a 12 circle. Put on greased pans and bake 400 degrees F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Add toppings of choice, reduce heat to 375F and bake until cheese is bubbly and melted (approx 15 more minutes). ♥✿´¯`*•.¸¸✿Follow or friend me for daily recipes, fun & handy tips, motivation, DIY ideas and feel free to share your favorite things too:) Or you can Join my Free Support Group here for Motivation, Healthy Recipes and Fun >>>>>> https://facebook/groups/Weightlosstoahealthyme/ Try All Natural Skinny Fiber Here!!
