Urban Climate Resilience -Resilience is the capability of a system faced with shocks or stresses to maintain or quickly restore its function. To develop the UCR, we need to understand the nature of our city and its critical systems, before being able to assess the impacts of climate change on the city or building Resilience. The city can be analysed according to its systems, actors and institutional rules and practices, and their exposure to climate change. A risk assessment tool can then be used to prioritise the fragile urban systems. We are trying to use the this concept n tool to develop some kind of model in India. citiesnetworkcampaign.org
