Inbound sales associate/customer service Job Description: • Review customer accounts, recommend and sell products & services • Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions • Answer customer calls on assigned product categories with defined service levels • Uses knowledge to inform and educate resellers to further assist the sales process • Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales activity goals by utilizing sound telephone based selling approaches • Closes prospective customers using working knowledge of the Accounts product line • Identifies opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell existing customers • Handles inquiries with regard to product, pricing order expediting, customer relations and complaints • Required to pay close attention to details, reviewing, adding, or deleting comments necessary to process the order, sending acknowledgments with notification of order changes or per customer request • Work with other departments as needed to resolve customer inquiries. e.g. Accounts Receivable Department on customer payment discrepancies • Respond to Internet customer service E-mail and website live chat sessions • Required to pay close attention to details, reviewing, adding, or deleting comments necessary to process the order sending acknowledgments with notification of order changes or per customer request Qualifications: • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field. • A minimum of 6 months consultative sales or technical support and customer service experience in a call center environment preferred • Retail electronics and/or technology experience a big plus • Goal oriented “can-do” attitude with the ability to be aggressive and persistent • Excellent verbal and diplomatic communication skills are required to effectively communicate with all types of customers * Kindly send you resume at hr@iventuresph/hyacinth.penaflorida@iventuresph/ janella.dondoyano@iventuresph or you may contact 6545890 loc 8002/09178614970 LikeLike · · Promote · Share
