He is a very handsome German Shepherd mix who was brought in to the Brooklyn Center along with his housemate Cilo due to the death of their owner. Kaiser has been a total gentleman while in the shelter and has an excellent safer. Kaisers good looks and manners havent been enough to guarantee he leaves the shelter alive.
