Urgent Requirement for Social Media Executive: (1 - 3+ years) ---------------------------- Job description: We are looking for a Social Media Executive to work on executing campaigns on an exciting portfolio of clients. A keen understanding of social media platforms and ability to converse fluently is key. Responsibilities: * Work closely with client and internal teams to develop and implement creative and measurable social media programs and campaigns. * Community moderation, including answering comments and questions, prompting further engagement, escalating issues to clients, following up on issues, and maintaining community standards. Conflict management and crisis management when necessary. * Develop and execute custom content marketing strategies for clients, including content curation of relevant articles, images, videos and info-graphics * Utilize third-party social media management tools * Utilize platform-specific and third party social media tracking and analytics tools * Provide reporting on key social media metrics. Track projects, report, and monitor KPIs and social media ROI Desired Skills and Experience * Must have a minimum 1 years experience of worked in an Digital/Interactive/Social Media Agency * Must have experience in social media community management & content development * Must be flexible, with the ability to multi-task and frequently adjust to changing priorities and time-lines. * Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds. * Self-starter, constantly thinking pro-actively and identifying new opportunities. * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
