Urgent! TYLER TX - TRANSPORT AVAIL! This is Not a shelter. Its a HOLDING facility where they used to hold dogs for 7 days to be reclaimed, if not they died. They are Not open to the public. They finally agreed to allow a group of ladies a few days, weekly for each group of dogs, to place them. So were hustling!! More available! PLEASE help by sharing these babies out of Smith County in TYLER TX. Thanks.
