Urgent care emerges as an ER alternative Robert Treadaway got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom a couple of weeks ago and fell, bruising his forehead and banging his ankles badly. After an uncomfortable night, the 79-year-old Roswell resident headed the next day to MedPost Urgent Care in Alpharetta. Treadaway walked in without an appointment and was treated within minutes by a doctor who dressed his wounds, gave him some medications and made him feel more comfortable.
